Jenn discovered breathwork while recovering from a backcountry snowmobiling accident in 2020. After hitting a tree, shattering bones and going into shock, she spent several months in therapy to restore her nervous system and physical movement. Jenn was enjoying her career and raising a family when she found herself returning to breathwork long after she recovered from her accident. What initially began as a pain management technique opened up a new pathway for energy, resilience and peace.
Jenn became certified as a breathwork guide with Our Breath Collective in 2022. Her training included a variety of methodologies including connected breathing, rebirthing, Buyteko exercises and cold exposure therapy. Her goal is to empower others on their journey.

Breathwork sessions are offered in person for both private and corporate groups. Private sessions are also available in person or on zoom for individuals. Comfortable clothing, a quiet space and an open mind are all you need to foster a personalized breathwork practice and unlock your potential.
